 Hello my name is David!  First of all, I would like to thank you for stopping by and checking out Dairyland Fly Guy! I have been fishing and enjoying life outdoors all my life. I have guided on the Great Lakes for more years then I will ever admit! 

  I am no longer guiding, but fishing is a passion I will never lose. When I was younger, I had to catch fish...that was the prize.  Now I just WANT to fish!  Fly fishing is the purest form of fishing I think there is. I am hoping that this site will help others enjoy the sport of fly fishing and the art of fly tying.
